Yes, for your convenience we will rebill you at the end of each billing period to make sure your account isn't disturbed.

will not be sold or given to anybody. The only other people

What is bandwidth?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the amount of activity on the Web server. For example,
say you posted an image that was 20KB on one of your auction
listings; if 1,000 people view that 20KB image, that is 1,000
people multiplied by 20KB, giving you a total of approximately
20,000KB (20MB) of bandwidth used.

Approximately how long does it
take for free users to get support?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have no timetable. It depends on many factors, including
how many emails we receive for support. In general, you should
get a response within 72 hours, but it may be longer.
Please note: If your question is answered in our FAQ, you
will not receive a response.

Do you limit the number of images
I can upload?

No! As long as you have space in your account, you can upload
as many images as you can fit.

Do you limit the file sizes of
images I upload?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Free users are limited to uploading only images smaller than
1MB. Paid users have a temporary limit of 3MB per file. If
you would like to upload any images bigger than 3MB, you will
need to contact us to get the limit lifted. We do this to
prevent people from uploading things they shouldn't.

How many images can I upload at
one time?

Free users can upload one at a time. Paid users can upload
up to 10.

Which file formats do you support?

We currently support .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .bmp & .swf
files. If you would like to use any other format,
please contact us -- we may add support for it.

How do I organize my images?

You can keep them all in one folder, or you can organize them
into different folders and subfolders. Currently free users
can only have one folder.

Can I preview the images so it
is easy to find the one I am looking for?

All images you upload are displayed as thumbnails for easy
location. By default each page displays 15 thumbs or folders;
paid users can select how many thumbs/folders they would like
shown per page: 15, 25, 40 or 50.

What is a thumb or thumbnail?

A thumb or thumbnail is a smaller version of your image. Thumbs
are usually between 60 - 200 pixels.

Will I be able to move images
or folders?

Only paid users can move images and folders, since free users
only have one folder.

Yes, if you are a paid user. Free users do not have this feature.

Yes, although free users are restricted to deleting one image
at a time.

Will I need anything special to
use your site?

No. Just make sure you have JavaScript and cookies enabled.
These are both usually enabled by default, so if you didn't
disable them you should be fine.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer
to enhance Web browsing. Their purpose is to remember information
for you, allowing you to bypass sign-in and customize the
content you receive. Cookies generally do not store any of
your personal information.
