I have paid for an account off paypal.com on Friday night. I received the receipt of the payment confirmation, however I did not receive an email to activiate my account. I have sent a message through the support via email to question this. However I have not gotten a response through that means. I see that your site says 24/7 support but it has been two days so far and I have not heard a word. I would like to start utilizing the site, however I have not gotten any help. Please resend or send me the account activiation email.

BeastyISNT,
I sincerely apologize for the mix up. We have been having some problems with our mail server over the last couple days which has meant it would have affected your activation email being sent to you & the email you would have sent to support.
I noticed your account & manually activated your account for you but was unable to send you an email because of our mail issues.
Again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Hello, I'm pretty much having the exact same problem as the OP, but it may have been my fault and it may have went to my junk mail folder and gotten deleted. Is it possible to have my confirmation email re-sent, please? I apologize for the inconvenience and thanks in advance.
