I can't get any of my images to show not even recently posted (uploaded) ones, it's fusterating I pay for this service...am i going to get back the two days I've lost?

Hi lilaj378,

I apologize once again for all the recent problems... sometimes these things can happen when moving servers.

As per my email response to you about why some of your existing images weren't showing up that was caused by some images from the older server not being transferred.... it took us awhile to figure out why this ocurred but we have now found out why; it was because of a poorly setup file configuration on our previous hosts servers... the images are now being transferred for the third time & all shoud be good very shortly. Smiley

The issue with your recently uploaded images not showing was caused by some new programming changes we were making which somehow caused the images not to be uploaded correctly... shortly after we put up a notice on the upload page about this & recently fixed the issue.

All this comes whilst trying to make ImageViper a better & full featured image host & sometimes you just get bumps in the road. Smiley

Hi Lila.... thats good to hear you were able to resolve things with your customers Smiley I also just remembered you're not actually on a recurring subscription on Paypal since you paid for a year long subscription which I manually added... so I would be happy to extend that for you by a further 2 weeks if you like. actually my husband paid for my subcription with his credit card LOL but he won't the second time come this june as for my customers I'm still getting the odd complaint but I just direct them to this forum and let them see for themselves that I have no controle over what happens  Wink
