Image (JPEG) download problem

Hi, I seem to be having a problem downloading images that are jpg images but they are showing up with the white box with red "X" in the middle. I have tried several times and still can't seem to get them downloaded.
Below is what shows up after deleting the image that was supposed to download:

Hello..... yes, there seems to be some kind of error happening with the server at the moment where it is not uploading the images correctly for some reason whilst images that were already uploaded still display fine.

We are looking into it right now.

Your images should be working now.... however the thumbnail when you upload them still shows a broken image, however if you click on it the larger sized image will show up.

We are still working to fix the broken thumbnail image.
