Hello;
On June 11, 2009 I ordered a 3 month subscription to ImageViper for $4.99.
Today, July 27, 2009, I continue to have no access to my account.
I have sent two emails to support regarding this issue and have received no reply.
This subscription was paid through PayPal (S-9U695286MD3531606).
Are you able to help me out with this problem?

Hello Sockettes.... I took a look at your account & everything seems ok to me..... it is also showing a lot of activity in your account (meaning you have accessed it at some point as there are files uploaded there).

What problems are you having exactly? Have you lost your password or forgotten your username?

Also.... what email did you send your other support requests to? We answer all support requests usually within 12 hours (much faster most of the time).

Hello;
Thank you for looking into this matter for me.
It seems that I had to enable cookies on Firefox and once that was done I was able to get access to my account.
The email address I used to contact imageviper was  sales@imageviper.com.
I sent an email to that address on July 17, 2009.
Thanks again for taking the time to address this issue.

That email address we only use for payments to be sent to via Paypal; we don't constantly check that email address. If you need to contact us please post on this forum or use the contact forum on the site & it will be directed to the correct email address. Smiley
