Hello, my payment subscription to Imageviper has been cancelled by Paypal. We did not cancel this account. Please do not cancell this account. Account is under "Tilly Stuff". You must redo the information you send to Paypal for them to reopen the auto payment to keep this account open. We can't afford to have all of our pics stopped on eBay items. Can you help with this?

Hi TillyStuff,

I had a look at your account & your subscription within Paypal & all it tells us is that it was "Canceled by buyer"; if you didn't cancel it yourself then it's likely due to it failing to withdraw funds to renew your account; however seeing as your account still has about 5 days left that is unlikely... sorry I cannot give you any more information on this.

Your best bet would be to click the "upgrade" option on our site & just select the same account you are on now & this will set you up with a new subscription through paypal. Note though that you will lose any remaining time on your current subscription when doing this (about 5 days).

Let me know if you need any more help!

Very interesting...you guy's obviously didn't cancel it...my wife or I didn't cancel it and PayPal swears they didn't...sounds like it time to change some passwords around again. For all you folks out there that may read this tread...the advice we always hear about taking a little time to check your information on the important stuff you have going on the internet, it is good sound advice. We have some of the best security in place on our machine and it still appears someone has gotten access to our information. This is not the first time this has happened to us.

Again...you guys at Image Viper rock...thanks for your help, I will wait a few days and do the upgrade as you suggested.
