paypal email

Hiya. I recieved an email from paypal telling me I had succesfully cancelled my subscription to Image viper. I do NOT want my subscription canceled. I assume the email was the result of changing my credit card info. I just want to make sure my account stays good...do I need to do anything?

Hi Chawk.... can you please give me your account name so I can confirm it has been canceled? If it has, you can re-enable your account by going to the "Upgrade" page & selecting the same account you are on now (this will attach a new subscription to your account & hence any time left on your current subscription will be forfeited); however if you still have significant amount time left on your remaining payment period then I would wait awhile before doing it - you will be notified on your account management page if your account has expired & will be invited to renew with a link to a page where you can renew your account.

so I will be asked to renew before i am deleted?  my account name is chawk. MY account hasnt been canceled by you guys yet,  just the recurring billing at paypal stopped...

Hi Chawk... yes you will be given the opportunity to renew before your account is purged. You're correct that it has been canceled by paypal & it hasn't been canceled by us yet as you still have approx 24 days left on your subscription.
