Hey guys, i was checking my guild forums today and realized that all my signature pics now say imageviper instead of showing my pic. I went to log into my account and it had the preview slides right but when i clicked on them they all go to the same picture of the image viper ad.
Any ideas about how to fix this?

Escret..... is this also your account name on ImageViper?

I looked into this account & it seems your problem is you have used up your monthly bandwidth usage which is allocated to free accounts; once this amount is used, your images won't show until your bandwidth is reset next period (Each period runs for 30 days); you can always see how much bandwidth you have currently used by looking at your account stats data to the right of your account management area.

To avoid this problem arising in the future you could consider upgrading to a paid account as all paid accounts come with unlimited bandwidth so you never need to worry about your images not showing; once you upgrade your images will instantly start showing again.

Please let me know if you have any more questions. Smiley

Hi Guys
We have the same problem. I contacted support regarding this problem but because we did not upload the images IE: we paid a designer to design an Ebay and upload our logo's etc . Would it be possible for us to pay image viper directly to stop this happening. We assume the images are on a free account. If this problem cannot be fixed we will have to pay a new designer to design our Ebay store.
Any help on this would be most welcome.

Hi tommy,

Quote
I contacted support regarding this problem

I don't believe we got any support emails from you? Did you use the contact form on our site?

As for your problem; I suggest asking your designer for your ImageViper login details so you can upgrade the account; or if he uses that account for all his clients then I suggest asking him to send you the required images & opening your own account.

Please let me know if I can be of any more assistance.

Hi Admin

Yes we used the correct form. I believe the support name may have been called Adam but i may be wrong. Basically we have tried contacting the designer but have not had a reply. This problem is affecting our ebay business. Is there a way we can fix this problem?

Hi tommy..... ahhh yes, I think I remember you now.

I recall when we looked into your problem I had to get some backups restored from our backups; this took longer than expected & I ended up forgetting to get back to you on the issue - sorry about that.

Anyway, I believe the below are all the images you will need; please download them & upload them to your own account as they will be deleted in the near future.
